Bertuetti spa è stata fondata a Brescia nel 1930. Ben presto dopo la costituzione dell’azienda il nome Bertuetti divenne famoso in tutto il mondo per aver introdotto nel mercato della panificazione le macchine per la lavorazione del pane definite “formatrici”. L’avvento delle formatrici creò sin da allora una vera e propria rivoluzione nel modo di lavorare la pasta, semplificando gran parte del lavoro che una volta veniva svolto in maniera manuale. La velocizzazione del lavoro con l’introduzione delle macchine formatrici portò consecutivamente anche all’esigenza di adottare un sistema per pesare e tagliare in modo preciso gli impasti: la “spezzatrice”.

The arrival of the moulders revolutionized production methods, simplifying a process that had previously been manual.As industrial production became faster, the need of a system for precise weighing and cutting came up. Our answer: the “divider”.The “dough divider-moulder” combination was the foundation on which automatic integrated machines were based.
