At Anuga FoodTec 2024, Tropical Food Machinery showcased their most advanced automatic banana peeling machine: CERERE 6000, a special small-sized machine capable of guaranteeing very high-performance banana pulp extraction thanks to an extremely rapid and precise peeling system: up to 6 tons of product fresh per hour, with a pulp extraction yield of 60%.
