Qui, a La Pizza + 1, vogliamo coniugare il gusto di una volta con le caratteristiche della nostra epoca: varietà, velocità e natura.
Eccoli, allora, i nostri plus: ventisette varietà di pizza e quattordici di focaccia, dalle tipologie classiche e dai formati tradizionali a quelle più elaborate e con super-farcitura; otto basi pizza e focaccia e due versioni di crostini, per zuppe o aperitivi. Tra queste, una linea 100% biologica, una pensata per la distribuzione in vending e due varietà di pizza e focaccia “salva-energia”: pronte in pochi minuti al microonde o nel forno tradizionale.
I nostri prodotti si trovano nei banchi frigo dei migliori supermercati in tutto il mondo, sono confezionati in atmosfera protettiva e devono essere conservati in frigorifero, ad una temperatura da 0° a 4°C.
Le pizze sono precotte, ma vengono farcite con ingredienti crudi; a seconda della linea scelta si può preferire una cottura nel forno a microonde oppure in quello tradizionale. Il tempo necessario, in ogni caso, non supererà mai gli 8-10 minuti e la fragranza è sempre assicurata.
Le focacce, invece, necessitano solo una breve riscaldata, poiché sono già completamente cotte.
I nostri packaging e i formati coprono tutte le esigenze di consumo: dalla teglia grande – per uso professionale oppure per una serata tra amici – al formato classico rotondo; dal 20×30 – perfetto per una pizzata in famiglia – ai monoporzione, per una merenda a scuola, uno spuntino in ufficio o uno snack veloce, fresco e gustoso.
Infine possiamo porzionare pizze e focacce e sagomarle a piacere, con forme e dimensioni fantasia oppure prepararle alla farcitura con il taglio trasversale.

Our products can be found in the refrigerator cases of the best supermarkets all over the world, are packaged in a protective atmosphere and must be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature from 0° to 4°C.
The pizzas are precooked, but are topped with raw ingredients; depending on the selected line of products they must be cooked in a microwave oven or in a traditional oven. In any case, the time necessary for cooking does not exceed 8-10 minutes, and the aroma is always guaranteed.
The focaccias only require brief warming, since these are already totally cooked.
